I have so many interests it's hard to know where to start.
If you've read my profile you may have noticed that I
checked off a lot of different things. I am interested in
just about everything. I am a good carpenter and do all the
maintenance of and renovations to my old house. I am a
retired musician I love reading biographies, physics texts,
history and mystery novels. Medical texts can be interesting
sometimes and I love reading travelogues. I enjoy buying at
auctions, stripping and refinishing furniture, playing
bridge and telling really stupid jokes. Travel is an
interest of mine, although I haven't done a lot but that is
about to change. I find economics and politics very
interesting but I struggle really hard not to take politics
to seriously (taking it too seriously is the great sickness
of our time). I find other cultures fascinating and when I
do travel I prefer to spend a good amount of time in one
place and live locally (not in some hotel) to really take in
it's flavour. What I mean really is that I like to go native
a bit. I could go on and on (maybe I already have) I talk a
lot when I've gotten comfortable with a person. There are so
many more things that interest me, I find knew ones every
day. The world is a fabulous olace and I want to experience
as much of it as possible before my (one I think) chance is
up. |

How can you be more specific about your height being six
foot one or that my hair is brown (a bit of silver but not
much). I can tell you that my weight is 215 lbs. which is a
good weight for me. Modesty prevents me from saying what I
think my best features are. Like every one else I think I'm
good looking. My clothing style is casual most of the time.
Levi Strrauss owes me, I've probably helped pay a few
executuve salaries in my time, but I do own a suit and clean
up good. I don't know what is meant by "modern dress"
which
I guess means I don't wear it but I might if some one showed
it to me. |

What am I seeking in a relationship? That's a really hard
question to answer. It seems to me that there are many types
of people I could get on well with but I would like,
naturally, to be able to share interests with some one and
spend time with a person who has a compatible view of the
world. I wouldn't say who I could be compatible until I've
met them and tried, because I'm afraid I might send away a
gem. Even where the guy lives is not necessarily a problem
as travel is so easy now. |
